Casa ZIA Collection is a furniture brand specializing in custom-designed and made-to-order pieces, crafted to suit your lifestyle and space.
2. Orders & Custom Furniture
- All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Custom orders require design approval before production begins.
- Once approved, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Production timelines are estimated (typically 2–4 weeks) and may vary.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit (usually 50–70%) is required to confirm the order.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery.
- Prices may change without prior notice until order confirmation.
4. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on production schedules.
- Delivery fees may vary depending on location.
- The client must ensure:
- Clear access for delivery
- Correct measurements for entry (doors, elevators, stairs)
- Casa ZIA is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to access limitations.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Ready-made items (if applicable) may be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Returns must be approved by our team before processing.
6. Product Variations
Due to the nature of materials:
- Slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, or fabric may occur
- These are not considered defects
7. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty (up to 1 year) covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
8. Measurements & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Casa ZIA is not liable for incorrect dimensions provided by the client.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content are the property of Casa ZIA Collection and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Liability
Casa ZIA Collection is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
